Robert Małecki (born in 1960) is an advocate and founding partner of Karniol, Małecki and Partners law office in Warsaw.

He specialises in providing legal assistance to foreign investors and businesses in Poland within the fields of commercial and companies law, competition, intellectual and industrial property law, as well as in data protection and media law. Over the years Mr. Małecki has produced numerous publications concerning these areas and has also lectured extensively on them.

Robert Małecki graduated from the Law Faculty of Warsaw University and was admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association in 1985. He undertook an internship at the Bar of Paris in 1992 and studied European Law as a postgraduate at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University (2003-2004). In 1990 Robert Małecki took the part of expert in a parliamentary commission which substantiated the Copyright Act. He was elected to the Warsaw Bar Association (1995-2001) and since 1998 has been the chairman of the Warsaw Bar Foreign Affairs Commission.
